Education is central to the mission of Sanders Hand Ghana. The Education Standards Volunteer Program is designed to improve learning outcomes in underserved communities by supporting schools, teachers, and students across various academic levels.

Volunteers and interns work directly within local schools and educational initiatives to enhance classroom instruction, mentorship, and skill development.

Provide academic guidance and personal development mentorship to help students build confidence and set educational goals

Extracurricular & Skills Development

Support activities such as:

Specialized Programs

Colors of Hope Art Program
Support creative expression through visual arts, painting, drawing, and cultural art workshops.

Computer Training Program
Teach digital literacy, basic computing, graphic design, web fundamentals, and introductory technology skills to help bridge the digital divide.

Program Structure

The Ghanaian academic year runs in three terms:

Volunteers may serve during any term, with flexible start dates available depending on school schedules.
